The emotions and feelings of a teenager, painted with words.
Watching the flames move together seems so nice
Listening to the crackling of each spark
As the wood burns the colors change
Red to yellow to blue then purple
Watching the flames move together
Colliding into a big mess
The flames are bigger now
Like they’re calling all the souls
The wood is consumed, more ashes fly
And the wind is singing a lullaby
This is how feelings are,
A beautiful mix of colors,
As the sparks dye down the colors die as well, hissing into the night
I watch it all leave
Bright reds full of anger,
Calming yellows compiled of forgiveness
Blue, a color of sadness.
Feelings are like fire,
Burning the wood,
To keep going,
